#209 – 2 bedroom – $1179 per month plus electricity
Resident also pays $75 for trash, water, recycling and sewage.

Timeline:
July 3: DCHD conducts the lottery and notifies selectees
July 13 – Households must confirm interest to us
August 3 – Households must submit the following to us: declaration of eligibility, certificate of completion, certificate of income, affordability, and housing size, and any other docs we require
September 4 – deadline for households to execute a lease and IZ lease rider.
